Common questions

Can’t sign in? Send a password reset email, then check your inbox and spam folder. Use the same email you used for your account.

Missing a day’s weather? Open Next row and load weather, or use a manual daily high. Weather usage has daily limits to keep Stitch on free services.

Completed the wrong row? Open History, review the date, and choose Reopen. Your saved temperature and yarn stay until you make another explicit change.

For blanket deletion, use Account inside your blanket. For account deletion, select the account request below. The owner removes associated records together after reviewing the request. Please never include passwords or tokens.
